'शिक्षक' व ' सृजनात्मक' दोनों पद एक दूसरे के पूरक भी हैं और पर्याय भी। रचनाधर्मिता शिक्षक का नैसर्गिक गुण व स्वाभाविक विशेषता है। शिक्षक और सृजनशीलता के बीच अटूट सम्बन्ध रहा है। मुझे यह जानकर व अवगत कराते हुए अत्यंत प्रसन्नता है कि राजस्थान में शिक्षकों की यह सृजनशीलता विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षक दोनों के विकासार्थ आधुनिक युग की महती आवश्यकता बन चुकी ई-लर्निंग में भी अपनी महत्ता प्रमाणित कर चुकी है। 'क्रिएटिव टीचर्स ऑफ़ राजस्थान' शिक्षकों का एक ऐसा समूह है जिसने पिछले पांच वर्षों में सूचना पौद्योगिकी तथा शिक्षण में ई-तकनीक में अपनी योग्यता, अनुभव और कौशल को विद्यार्थियों तथा शिक्षकों के हित में उपयोग में लाकर एक बहुत बड़ा ज्ञानार्जन प्लेटफार्म तैयार कर लिया है।
It is always matter of pleasure to work or even to interact with members of 'Creative Teachers of Rajasthan' ( CTOR ). This is a lot, who has realised that there is huge amount of joy in doing something useful and worthwhile, besides doing their duties in routine and mechanical manner. As result of this wonderful realisation they have taken some the most wonderful initiatives like developing an Excel workbook for preparation of Result, Mark-Sheets and Certificates, developing e-content, developing cell-phone based English language lessons etc. to name a few. I have been told that almost 6000 secondary and Senior Secondary schools have been using Result preparation Excel workbook for last few years on their own, without any pressure or pursuance from Departmental administration for using it. In my view this is speaking example of ' proof of pudding is eating of it', as far as utility and acceptability of these applications created by CTOR is concerned.
While they have prepared these applications and made life of schools somewhat easier, they have also successfully demonstrated that how group of individuals can easily work as well knit and close group and interact and share amongst themselves by use of technology even if they are separated by hundreds of kilometres and placed in various corners of the geographically the biggest state of India. The practice of preparing vedios and uploading them for training purpose is one of the most useful initiatives which Education department needs to incorporate in it's own functioning.
Today Mrs. Kavita who is is leading the group energetically, selflessly and painstakingly, has informed me that the web site which was so far prepared by amatures is undergoing a complete restructure under professional's supervision. This is really exciting. what is more exciting that, sum required to pay fees of professionals is to be given by motivated members from their own pocket. What I unique way of teachers to teach a lesson to their students and society that charity begins at home! I am sure that these handful of persons, who are committed to their cause will be the cause of many positive strides for betterment of the students of Rajasthan.
